Instructor-Led Virtual Workshops
About Our Virtual Workshops
Our Commanding Presence instructor-led virtual workshops are designed to deliver the same high level of interaction, coaching, accountability, and real-time feedback as our in-person programs. Participants remain actively engaged throughout the workshop through interactive exercises, partnered practice, structured discussions, and recorded speaking exercises with personalized coaching and review. Throughout the program, participants receive constructive feedback and practical insights from both the facilitator and fellow participants in a highly collaborative learning environment.
These are not passive webinars. Every session is delivered live and built around active participation, discussion, and practical application. Through video interaction, breakout exercises, file sharing, live coaching, and intentionally small group sizes of no more than 10 participants, professionals are able to engage meaningfully with the coach and one another in a highly collaborative learning environment.
Our virtual format continues to provide tremendous value for organizations with geographically dispersed teams, busy professionals who cannot easily attend in-person training, and companies looking to deliver consistent, customized training across multiple locations. The flexibility of the format allows organizations to maintain the interactivity and personalization of a live workshop while eliminating many of the logistical challenges associated with travel and scheduling.
Designed for professionals at every stage of their career, these workshops help participants strengthen how they communicate, organize ideas, lead discussions, and perform under pressure. Participants leave with practical tools, greater confidence, improved clarity, and techniques they can immediately apply in meetings, presentations, leadership conversations, and other high-stakes professional interactions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our instructor-led virtual workshops are live, interactive training sessions delivered online. They are designed to closely simulate the in-person experience, with a strong focus on practice, coaching, and real-time feedback rather than passive learning.
Yes. The structure and coaching approach are the same. Participants are actively presenting, receiving feedback, and improving throughout the session. The difference is the format, not the experience or the results.
The sessions are highly interactive. This is not a one-way webcast. Participants are actively involved throughout, working in small groups, presenting, and receiving feedback in real time.
Group sizes are intentionally kept small to maintain quality and interaction. Typically, sessions are limited to around 10 participants per trainer, which allows for video recording, meaningful coaching and individual attention. Larger group are possible but without video recording and review segments.
We deliver all of our core programs virtually, including presentation skills training, negotiation skills training, conflict management training, and executive communication and performance coaching. The structure and approach remain consistent across all programs.
Yes. A significant portion of the workshop is dedicated to practice. Participants present multiple times and receive structured, detailed feedback from both the coach and other participants. This is where most of the improvement happens.
Workshops are delivered in live, instructor-led sessions and can be structured as half-day, full-day, or multi-session programs. Each format includes a mix of instruction, practice, and feedback, with longer formats allowing for more repetition and deeper coaching.
Engagement comes from participation. Because participants are actively involved throughout the session and applying what they learn in real time, the level of focus stays high. The structure of the training keeps people engaged naturally.
